That's why we require a minimum of 5 years claims paying experience for all Examiners and a minimum of 10 years claims paying experience for our Senior Examiners. Such extensive experience ensures consistency and accuracy, which is extremely important in today's claims paying environment.
National Call Center
- Our National Call Center is staffed with intensively trained individuals empowered to answer each client's questions and concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Each representative understands claims processing and must have at least 3 years customer service experience. Dedication to accuracy and service is their primary goal.
- With an extensive background in claims paying, the SPA Systems Analysts are dedicated to keeping SPA on the cutting edge. Whether evaluating computer systems or examining business methods, efficiency and accuracy are the constant goals of the SPA analyst.
- Proficiency, resourcefulness, and a focus on continuing growth and education are hallmarks of the SPA Information Technologies department. Our programmers are required to have an in depth knowledge of insurance systems and needs to ensure that our state-of-the-art in-house systems and software are the best in the industry.
